Since the 2nd project really start ramping & i took up more roles, been damn busy. all request pouring in like crazy. This is in addition to the training trip in attending next week at HQ Shenzhen, it's exam requirement and a case study to write and other whatnots pre-requirement. anyway, abit out of topic here haha.



Applying for chinese visa , first you need:
a) company letter ,saying you are employee that's going on training/biz trip from x to y date etc..
b) invitation letter from destination office
c) filled up form + passport photo with light color background
d) RM88 upon collection for a single entry biz M-visa



Can either make appointment or walk-in. I found walk-in quite a breeze.

Go up to Level 5 of the building, queue up to counter where they check your forms and documents then collect your waiting number. I'm like 70 places away from current number, the wait is pretty quick about 45mins.

Then collect your receipt. Needs original receipt if other people is collecting on your behalf. Their processing time is ~3-4days.

Update: According to a colleague, you need the last entry date & location into China if you are applying for multiple entry visa.
