Enough of Mr PM for today.
Our version today is from my work office. 2 months ago it was announced that an incentive of 400K RMB will be rewarded to project team that can achieve monthly & yearly target in 2015.
Long story short, this announcement was made known to the whole team and we somehow managed to hit the target albeit its not a cake walk but an uphill battle with so many internal issues serving as roadblocks. It's not an easy journey, as i found myself summoned to office every Saturdays across Sept15 - Nov15 until all the hell of a mess start to stabilize a little.
We have ~ <30 people in the team, i think 30 is really pushing the number a in weekly meeting we only see <20 people for project team. Our boss Mr A.L. promised this reward in early Dec. And then on 1st meeting in Jan, he announced the incentive amount is 200K RMB. huh?? One fella actually confirmed with our Malaysia HQ secretary that the amount is 400K RMB and is already released to project.
Today so many teammates are still asking..same reply we get, Mr A.L. is still distributing the share..and there are so many rumors going around that each person is receiving only ~RM1K... 30person...ok let's give it a bit of stretch, 50 person, 1K each....total is still 50K RM..which is about 120K RMB....now where is the rest of the $$?? that's what echoes from all my colleagues.

So much for trying to uphold work integrity and ethics Mr A.L, all my remaining reserved respect for you go down the gutter man. Zero respect for you, you despicable maggot. Damn this Tongsan-pek. Shame on you, shameless cipet.
