Been able to keep up consistently workout, ~3 times per week. New goal for each run is now 3.5miles. Mapmyrun is a pretty cool app, let's me know the route map i run and each mileage checkpoint. Now i need to keep working on to get my consistency level good. Target for <12min per miles and weekly goal is 10miles.
Circuit workout i have modified a little, only 2 reps now as warm up..takes ~10 minutes surprisingly. By the time i finish the run, am pretty much too tired to do warm down rep.
a) Squats 25x
b) Back kicks 25x
c) Jumping jacks 25x
d) Push up + variation 10x
e) Situp crunch 10x
f) Flutter kicks 20x
g) Leg lift (lie on back) 5x
h) High knee, not kickboxing kick as well 20x
i) Vertical jump 6x
More ideas to add , plank, change to crunch with lift leg, scissor jacks.
