Cafe De Coral @ Hong Kong International Airport

If you are craving some Hong Kong stuff and happened to be in HKIA, then you're in luck. Then hop over to Cafe De Coral. It's at the same floor as departure hall entrance and we even get to use the Octopus card to pay for our food.

This is above CDC

Across the Peak shop.

aeriel view

My order of Shrimp+pork wantan noodle at $35 HKD. Soup just ok, not too salty not too bland. The main focus is the wantan of course.

This milk tea costs me $10 HKD. Standard non sugar drink, add your own sugar to taste. You can grab your own Lee Kum Kee chili sauce or oil(?) i think to match your taste.

Side view.

Buddy's order of pork rib rice & milk tea. Octopus card has 1 chance swipe to go into negative. The next top will deduct whatever negative you 'owe' from your last swipe. Pretty handy if you are low on cash haha.

not sure what to make out of the logo.

Nice flavorful pork & fresh shrimp. Comparable to Mak's noodle actually. The noodle is nice but not exceptional. i found local Malaysian fried wanton noodle superior hahaha.

Overall this is a good place to get a bite of Hongkie food before we head off back. Price is considered average since it's inside airport. Just be reminded to keep trolleys off the shop area. They have a worker that just observes and keep reminding people to stop their trolley outside of the shop.
